DecPac ramps are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. The manufacturer offers a one-year warranty from the original purchase date, specifically covering manufacturing defects. Please note, this warranty excludes damage resulting from wear and tear or abuse.

  1. Please be informed that all hygiene-related items, such as Bath Lifts and Shower Commodes are non-returnable once used.
  2. Unused hygiene-related products are eligible for returns; however, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
  3. Returned products must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please note that if the original packaging is missing, a 30% charge will be incurred.
