The warranty is extended only to the original purchase and delivery of the product. Warranty is not transferable. Parts or materials which are subjected to normal wear and tear which must be replaced / repaired are the owner’s responsibility. Damaged caused by user negligence, accidental damages intentional or not are not covered under Factory warranty policy. Arm pads and upholsteries are not covered by our warranty policy. It is recommended that any claims under warranty be returned to the authorized dealer for service through whom it was purchased from.

If Warranty Registration Card is not on file for the claim product, then a copy of the invoice with the date of purchase must be provided. The warranty period for the consumer commences on the purchase date of the seller. the warranty period for the seller, if the products are not to be sold to a consumer, commences on the invoice date from Karman. warranty is void on wheelchairs that have had the serial # tag removed and/or altered.

Furthermore, products which have been subjected to negligence, abuse, improper storage, or handling, improper operation, any modifications, misuse are not covered under the warranty policy.

All warranty repairs or replacements must have prior authorization from Karman with freight prepaid. Karman reserves the right to issue call tags for any warranty repairs, which is situation dependent. Should a field action or recall occur. Karman will identify the affected units and contact your Karman dealer with instructions for resolution. Warranty registration are still advised. To ensure records are quickly retrieved with corresponding customer and serial number for your medical equipment. Thank you for filling out this form. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

• We offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States for most items.
• For expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous areas, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Speed:

• We prioritize prompt order fulfillment. In-stock items typically ship the same business day or the next business day following your order placement, if received by 2:00 pm PST.
• Some exceptions may apply:
  • XO series products may experience a slight delay due to payment processing requirements.
  • Flexx and ATX models may require 1-3 business days for customization to be completed. Standard shipping timelines will resume upon completion of any customizations.

Expedited Shipping:

• We are happy to offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

Please note that due to potential accounting holds or necessary item modifications, same-day shipping cannot always be guaranteed.

Return and Refund Policy

• We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a return window of 14 days from the receipt of your product.
• To initiate a return, please Contact Us within the 14-day window. Once your return request is approved, you will have an additional 30 days to return the item.
• Please not that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
  • There may be an additional fee based on the condition of the reutrned items.
• Customers are responsible for covering all return freight charges.
• Original standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund issued for returned items.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

• Any items that have been modified upon your request are not eligible for return.
