This policy outlines detailed guidelines and procedures regarding returns, ensuring a smooth and informed experience for our valued customers.

1. Orders are usually shipped within one to two business days to the Contiguous United States.
2. To facilitate a return, requests must be submitted promptly within 14 days of product delivery. The product should be prepared for shipment within 14 days. Failure to meet this timeline will result in the returns not being accepted by Circle Specialty.
3. For the safe return of the product, ensure it is packaged in its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping back to Circle Specialty.
4. All freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser in the following instances:
   • Ordering error resulting in an incorrect item being shipped according to the purchase order.
   • An order is cancelled while in transit.
   • Delivery is refused by the customer.
5. For any other genuine reasons for returning, Medical Recovery Store may consider covering return and replacement shipping charges.
