All the accessories listed below are included in the original price.

Two pairs of lateral support pads for trunk and hips offer comfort while improving balance, stability and posture.	The tray is both height and angle adjustable. To adjust the height and angle, loosen the respective knobs located at the center support bar of the stander.	Padded chest board attached to the tray provides anterior support while leaning forward.
Shoe holders allow feet to be maintained in a secure and stable position using the ankle and toe straps.	Locking casters prevent roll and swivel during transfers.	Lateral knee supports ensure the knees and calf are comfortably supported.
Adjustable pelvic support pad provides firm posterior support while standing in an upright or prone position.

1. Stanzme products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year to the original purchaser.
2. Should any part break or fail, Stanzme, the manufacturer will repair or replace it at no charge to the original owner, except for the pneumatic tilt piston or in cases of misuse by the client or caregiver.
3. Stanzme, the manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation or repair by the owner, or normal wear and tear.
4. Stanzme, the manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident, or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
5. Any labor costs for service under warranty are NOT covered.
6. Standard manufacturer terms and conditions apply to the warranty of this product.

1. We strive to ship most orders placed before 1 PM on the same day, depending on the nature of the order and availability.
2. Custom orders require additional time for manufacturing and therefore will not be shipped on the same day or the next day.
3. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, with an approved Return Authorization number (RA#). Contact us to get a RA#.
4. Due to health concerns, hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.
5. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
6. Each return must include a Return Authorization number (RA#); unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. The products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and in their original packaging.
8. Products should be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging. Exceptions may apply, such as when Medical Recovery Store ships a different product than originally ordered.
9. If your return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
10. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
