To the original purchaser, Dolomite provides a limited two year warranty against manufacturer’s defects on the frame, five years on the brake handle and one year on parts. Excludes tires, brake cables grips, damage due to wear and tear, abuse or misuse.

1. Please be informed that all hygiene-related items, such as Bath Lifts and Shower Commodes are non-returnable once used.
2. Unused hygiene-related products are eligible for returns; however, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
3. Returned products must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please note that if the original packaging is missing, a 30% charge will be incurred.
