While Medical Recovery Store proudly offers free returns on qualifying items, we encourage you to review the specific return and refund policy provided by SHOPRIDER, our esteemed Mobility partner. This policy outlines detailed guidelines and procedures regarding returns, ensuring a smooth and informed experience for our valued customers.

1. All returns must be authorized by SHOPRIDER before processing. A representative from Medical Recovery Store will promptly reach out to you, the customer, to gather necessary return details. This information will then be forwarded to SHOPRIDER for return request approval.
2. Please note that the decision to approve a return rests solely with SHOPRIDER. Medical Recovery Store does not possess the authority to alter decisions made by SHOPRIDER.
3. To facilitate a return, requests must be submitted promptly within 30 days of product delivery. Upon approval of the return request, the product should be prepared for pick-up or shipment within 15 days. Failure to meet this timeline will result in the automatic revocation of approval.
4. Instances where returns might be declined include special orders or custom-made requests, as well as extended periods elapsed since the product's delivery.
5. If the product was a special order / custom make request, or if too much time has elapsed after delivery, are generally the reasons a return would be declined. 
6. For the safe return of the product, ensure it is packaged in its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping back to SHOPRIDER.
7. Kindly be informed that a 20% restocking fee will be applicable to all returned products.
8. In the event of an order arriving with noticeable damage to the outer box, we advise you, the customer, to consider refusing delivery or documenting the damages with the carrier in writing. Please promptly notify Medical Recovery Store of any such incidents, so that we can request a replacement with SHOPRIDER.
